Terms and Conditions

Reservation & Deposit:

Bookings can be made through your travel agent either by fax or email. A non-refundable deposit of US$300 per person is required within 7 days, once reservation is confirmed. (Purchase of Insurance is recommended at time of deposit). Any booking made less than 30 days, full payment is required otherwise booking will automatically cancel without notice.

 

Full Payment / Balance Payment:

General packages required full payment at least 30 days before departure.  Airlines might required to issue ticket within 3 to 7 days after all the flights are confirmed, please refer to our consultant for the final full payment or balance due date.

 

Amendment Fee:

Before ticket or document issue, a US$30 handling fee per person (plus supplier’s penalties, if applicable) applies to any changes once booking is confirmed. Once tickets or documents are issued, US$350 will be charge for any alternation or amendment.

 

Cancellation Policy:

*Once ticketed                                         cancellation policy apply + additional of US$350 additional for ticket penalty

*89-60 days                                            20% of the tour price

*59-30 days                                            50% of the tour price

*29-15 days                                            75% of the tour price

Within 14 days                                        100% of the tour price

* Plus any additional charges assessed by certain suppliers or airlines.

 

Insurance:

Purchasing travel insurance is highly recommended to protect you against cancellation due to illness prior to or during travel. We are pleased to provide you with our comprehensive travel insurance plan. Please consult us or you can purchase thru our website www.solutionstravel.com which is linked directly to the insurance company.

 

Travel Documents/Visa:

A passport is required to be at least six months validity after your entire trip. Please also check with your travel agent for necessary entry visa.

 

Baggage:

Baggage allowance for transpacific flight is two pieces of total 106 inches (sum of three dimensions). Maximum weight/size for one piece is 50lb/62 inches and the other will be 50lb/44 inches.  Baggage allowance within Asia is not to exceed the weight of 20kg/44lb total for all check in bags. Any excess baggage charge will be at owner’s expense. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to baggage or passenger’s belongings. This information is for reference only. Please reconfirm with individual airlines for baggage allowance.

 

Unused Tour Feature:

Any unused tour features including air and land arrangements are non refundable, non-changeable.

 

Tour Fare Does Not Include:

Document delivery fee within the United Sates is US$20 per booking is not included.

Airline and airport taxes, security charges, departure taxes, Fuel Surcharge etc…are not included.

The customary end of tour tips to tour escort, local guides, and driver are not included.

 

Responsibility:

Solutions Travel Service (STS) is responsible to you, in making arrangements for the tour service. The suppliers providing transportation and accommodations are independent contractors and are not agents or employees of STS. All vouchers, coupons and tickets issued by STS are subject to the term of conditions specified by the suppliers and to the laws of the countries in which the services are supplied. STS shall be exempt from any liability for loss or damage to property, injury of persons, accidents, delays, irregularities or other occurrences beyond its control. Local agents reserve the right to alter the itinerary as necessary due to bad weather conditions, political upheavals or other unforeseen circumstance. Any additional expenses incurred shall be borne by the passengers.  Passengers are to be responsible for any necessary visas. STS is not responsible for any rejection of entry by the immigration office and custom house; even passengers holding valid passport and proper visas. All tour prices shown are based on the present value of foreign currencies and are subject to change.
